Tiffany Haddish was recently a guest on Jada Pinkett Smith’s Facebook Live talk show Red Table Talk and revealed that she was supposed to go on a date with Drake after the “Nice For What” video shoot rapped but he canceled on her at the last minute. Haddish was one of the powerful women featured in the clip, which also included Issa Rae, Olivia Wilde, Tracee Ellis Ross, Zoe Saldana, Michelle Rodriguez & more.
She details the story on her preparation for the date and his last minute cancellation;
“Then I’m like, ‘So what time are you heading out? Are you sending a car, like where we going?’? And he’s like, ‘Oh man, my bad, family emergency. I’m in Canada right now.’ And I was like, ‘Okay, okay’. I could have made $100,000 today, but I was trying to see what that D do. But alright!”
