Kanye West’s new Hit-Boy produced track “Theraflu” caused a lot of controversy last week. Not only in the blog & gossip world with what he had to say about Kris Humpries & Kim Kardashian but also in the corporate world with his taunting of PETA “Tell PETA my mink is draggin’ on the floor” & the use of the name “Theraflu”. The mention of the name Theraflu alone by such a huge star like Kanye is newsworthy so the Theraflu company released a statement rebuking all ties to Kanye’s song.
“We in no way endorse or approve of the references or use of the image and likeness of Theraflu in this mannerâ€.
There were also whispers of legal action but none have taken place so far. So with all the drama, Kanye changed the title of the song from “Theraflu” to “Way To Cold” & removed the bottle of Theraflu from the official artwork, which can be seen below. Smh. Can’t a young n*gga get money anymore?? I guess not. *Kanye shrug*
