Tupac’s estate blocked the sell of the actual sex tape but according to TMZ they are ready to make a deal for the music playing in the background.
The Tupac estate is currently in negotiations to sell the rights for the unreleased track to anti-hangover drink company NOHO to use as their official theme song. The $1 million offer was big enough to catch the eye of reps from the estate so they contacted the company and are ready to make a deal.
The owner of the NOHO hasn’t even heard the song but he says that it’s 2pac so it should be awesome.
The estate also says if the price is right, they have more unreleased music that they’re ready to let got of.
